The Yard Index

About The Yard Index

Noah D’Amico
Noah D’Amico, D'Amico Digital. He reads the claim form.

The Yard Index publishes one list per city per month: the ten highest-scoring landscapers in that city, ranked from public Google Business Profile data by a formula anyone can read. It’s published by D'Amico Digital, a Florida marketing firm, and we say so on every page.

Why it exists

Homeowners get a shortlist that isn’t an auction. Landscapers get a straight answer about their own Google profile, which most have never been shown.

How it’s paid for

Nobody pays to be listed and nobody pays us to publish. Some landscapers who see their score page ask us to help close the gaps it shows, and they hire D'Amico Digital for that. They’re ranked by the same formula before and after. Full disclosure

Who’s included

Landscapers serving 25 Florida cities with at least 5 reviews on an open Google profile inside the city’s service radius. The field is whoever Google shows for that city; nobody opts in and nobody buys in. Six factors are scored each month. The methodology lists every weight and every exclusion.
